Slow Week

Update: We put up the lasagna recipe (at the Food We're Eating link on the right) and updated our Flickr account with the last of the pictures of Brian's trip. Enjoy.

It's not often that we go two weeks without posting, but it's been very, well, normal here lately. Erika's been plugging away at the office, Rob continues to get turned down by some of the finest companies in the city and we've enjoyed hanging out with friends and welcoming the ever-so-gradual change to spring weather.

We recently had some friends over for dinner and Erika made Butternut Squash Lasagna from a recipe from Rob's aunt. The squash replaces the traditional tomato layer and the whole thing is delicious. We'll post the recipe soon, but we didn't do a great job with the photos once the wine was opened... Here's the squash:

Just imagine a whole lasagna filled with that... It was amazing.

Finally, we may disable the comments soon. As some of you have seen, we've been hit a few times by malicious spyware comments that usually say something like "Please look here or here." We try to delete them, but wanted to remind everyone not to link to them. We'll see how it goes.

Please post the recipe soon. Being in the tundra (northern Minnesota) has given me loads of free time when not entertaining the little man!
